Sub-steps are the most granular unit. Mark complete, attach a document, assign an owner.
Phase 05 · Lease
Parties, premises, term, rent schedule, options, and notices come out of the document as structured data. When an amendment changes a date, the timeline moves with it.
Lease · § 5.2 Outside Date
Original lease
“The Outside Date for satisfaction of the Conditions Precedent shall be March 31, 2026, failing which either party may terminate this Agreement on written notice to the other.”
Amended
“The Outside Date is hereby extended to April 18, 2026. The Notice Period for the Tenant’s option to terminate is correspondingly amended to commence thirty (30) days earlier than provided in the original lease.”
What this changes
Outside Date moved Mar 31 Apr 18. Notice window now opens Mar 19, not Apr 18. Two timeline items shifted — Conditions / Environmental and Operations / Notice — and the assignees have been alerted.
Phase 06 · Operations
Every operational date is clause-backed and assigned. The reminder you get is the one the lease actually creates.
